Evelyn Thompson, PA-C

Evelyn Thompson, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant at Buffalo Interventional Pain Management, where she provides evaluation and follow-up care for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. She graduated from the Daemen University Physician Assistant Program in 2024 and has prior clinical experience in internal medicine and family practice.

Evelyn developed a strong interest in interventional pain management, spine care, and non-surgical treatmentfor back, neck, and joint pain after training with Dr. Dhiman in 2023. She works closely with our physicians to create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy, and advanced interventional procedures such as spinal injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.

At Buffalo Interventional Pain Management, Evelyn focuses on helping patients with conditions such as:

• Back and neck pain
• Sciatica and nerve pain
• Arthritis and joint pain
• Post-surgical pain
• Motor vehicle accident injuries
• Chronic pain conditions

She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and takes time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns while working toward improving function and quality of life.

Outside of the office, Evelyn enjoys fostering dogs through a local rescue organization and staying active in the community.
